SHIPPING

At RYMARO Apparel, we strive to offer our customers the best possible shipping experience, which includes FREE SHIPPING on all purchases with no minimum order. While we make every effort to provide accurate shipping information, it's important to note that because of our made to order business model delivery times may vary depending on demand. To assist you in planning, we have outlined estimated shipping times for our product categories:

  • Graphic Tees: 11-14 days
  • Hoodies: 11-14 days
  • Zip Hoodies: 11-14 days
  • Crewnecks: 11-14 days
  • Raglan Crewnecks 11-14 days
  • Bomber Jackets: 5-8 days
  • Beanies: 5-8 days
  • Baseball Caps: 5-8 days
  • Tote Bags: 5-8 days
  • Swim Trunks 9-12 days

Note that these estimates are subject to change and though we update them regularly we cannot confirm they will always be 100% accurate. Please keep these estimates in mind when placing your order, and feel free to reach out to our customer support team if you have any questions or need further assistance. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work diligently to fulfill your orders efficiently.

RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns for up to 21 days from receipt, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for sending the item(s) back to us and are responsible for all shipping charges. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at info@rymaroapparel.com

DAMAGES AND ISSUES WITH ORDER

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS (non-returnable items)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked final sale or gift cards.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will apply a credit to the original form of payment. Then you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
